A journal to a Father's mind

Fatherhood, what comes to you as this word flashes in front of your eyes, what outline of a person takes shape.... I'll go first , for me fathership is never bounded genders or anything that defines what being a father is all about. Fathership is a relationship which can be carried out anyhow if it is to be! Just think of your father, now just be honest to the question that you never look at you father and just go like, "is this the most strong man I have ever seen or will even! He keeps his head high and his feet on the ground, when you look at such a person as your or my father you see a character high as the mountains, he who is why you are, the one who will always be there since your birth to the last death song, being there to cover you in sunshine and in your bloodstream. We have always heard all saying ' oh a father can never bear his child's greatest woes' and I couldn't agree more to that , even so we don't end up doing the same. sometimes when you look at your father he gives off the coolest savage, most sassiest vibe, and then in a split second the cool dude just goes into thin air and the disciplined, mannered, strict, and sometimes stern man takes over. Trust me when I say that your father is the most influential, intelligent and intriguing person you will ever see. We have always thought that nothing can make my father tear up, and I won't deny the fact that yes most of us have almost never seen our fathers sharing emotions than an alloted amount. But this man who we all know as father, tears up at his sons first gift from his own salary, he tears up at his daughter's betrothal, his eyes waters up with joy when his son cooks food for him for the first time and tears roll when his daughter him on a dinner date and pays by herself. Yes he may never let you see but deep down he and the father in him grows up with his child, when he taught you how to cycle and to cross the road, he also learnt it once again. Time goes on and the bike sessions change in late night maggie sessions and we exchange places with our old man. Now he looks at you with the spark in his eyes, same as once you did. He is the father of the bride and the father of a lad, he may never say but he indeed is proud to be your dad. This father's Day go home and give your old man a tight hug and tell them the noted quote by theodore Roosevelt that "There are many kinds of success in life worth having. It is exceedingly interesting and attractive to be a successful business man, or railway man, or farmer, or a successful lawyer or doctor; or a writer, or a President, or a ranchman, or the colonel of a fighting regiment, or to kill grizzly bears and lions. But for unflagging interest and enjoyment, a household of children, if things go reasonably well, certainly makes all other forms of success and achievement lose their importance by comparison.” and tell them that you love and respect them for the ample strength which resides in them.
